Just came across this item in The New Yorker, 20 December 2004, p. 138. The "Unsung Heroes of Literature":

The Phone Book,
The Mail-Order Catalogue,
The Lease,
The Takeout Menu,
The Computer Handbook.

I can't think of any others.
